hygi\u00ebnische redenen (ondergoed, badkleding, enz.)<\/li>\n<li>de verzegeling nog intact is, indien het gaat om gegevensdragers met digitale inhoud (dvd\u2019s, cd\u2019s, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>het product geen reis, vervoersticket, cateringopdracht of vorm van vrijetijdsbesteding is<\/li>\n<li>het product geen los tijdschrift of losse krant is<\/li>\n<li>het geen (opdracht tot) spoedreparatie betreft<\/li>\n<li>de consument niet heeft afgezien van zijn herroepingsrecht<\/li>\n<li>De bedenktijd van 14 dagen zoals in lid 1 genoemd, vangt aan:\n<ol>\n<li>op de dag nadat de consument het laatste product of onderdeel heeft ontvangen van 1 bestelling<\/li>\n<li>zodra de consument het eerste product bij een abonnement heeft ontvangen<\/li>\n<li>zodra de consument een dienst voor het eerst heeft afgenomen<\/li>\n<li>zodra de consument bevestigd heeft dat hij digitale inhoud via internet gaat afnemen<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>De consument kan zijn beroep op het herroepingsrecht kenbaar maken via\u00a0info@Nourishandflourish.nl, indien gewenst met behulp van het herroepingsformulier dat via de website van\u00a0FLOURISH BY NOURISH,\u00a0www.Nourishandflourish.nl, kan worden gedownload.<\/li>\n<li>De consument is verplicht om het product binnen 14 dagen na het kenbaar maken van zijn herroepingsrecht te retourneren aan\u00a0FLOURISH BY NOURISH, bij gebreke waarvan zijn
